By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using twistedmoosegames.com, our Progressive Web Application (PWA), or any associated digital tools, features, functionalities, or services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Twisted Moose Games provides a digital companion web application meant to be used alongside our standard physical card decks. Tapping the interface generates randomized card metrics ("twisted cards").
2. Licensing and Virtual Ownership
When you purchase a subscription or digital unlock, Twisted Moose Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the digital game components. You do not gain legal ownership over the platform's code, layout assets, or servers.
3. Automated Subscriptions & Cancellation
- Renewal: Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew using your original payment method.
- Cancellation: You can safely cancel your subscription at any time via your user profile settings link. Cancellations take effect at the close of your current pre-paid billing window.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change pricing with a minimum of 30 days' clear email notice to active subscribers.
4. Prohibited System Abuse
Any intentional attempts to reverse-engineer our application shell, script automated API requests outside normal game boundaries, or disrupt online synchronization for other players will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our digital companion is provided "as is." While optimized for offline resilience, we are not legally responsible for accidental interruptions, data drops due to localized browser storage wipes, or cellular carrier disconnects mid-match.
